A Bulgari 18 KT gold ring of a domed form. A collet set brilliant cut diamond in the centre surrounded by four heart shaped mixed cut gem stones including, blue topaz, citrine, amethyst and peridot. Shank signed "Bvlgari" and makers mark 'S.B' with Italian hallmarks.
